Amerace JIT Manufacturing Strategy
In addition to some stocking of the fastest moving items, we ensure a reasonable lead time to users for all items by organizing to manufacture all of your needs on a JIT (Just In Time) basis. Here's how we do it:

We have each of the necessary raw materials on hand and in our supply chain at all times. |

Our manufacturing plant is organized to manufacture finished products in one set of operations, rather than the more common method of building a series of subassemblies (sometimes there are several layers of such subassemblies) , which eventually are assembled to become a finished product. The elapsed time for such a process can be lengthy. In contrast, Amerace can manufacture virtually all of our product line, even uncommon items, on normal lead times |
